Marketing Strategy Senior Director
All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation’s policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments, and governmental regulations.
• Will lead a high performing team of Strategists responsible for driving growth, engagement and brand awareness for various business areas. • Develops marketing strategies partnering with cross business units. • Oversees VITAS internal and external advertising and promotional efforts to drive sales, recruitment, employee engagement and build brand awareness. • Oversees all campaign efforts and budgets for audiences. • Provides reporting on team's strategies and their performance while constantly looking for new approaches and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: • Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing • 10+ years of employee communications, media relations and/or PR experience, within the healthcare space • Excellent collaborator with external team, excelling at problem solving to grow audiences, as well as a strong drive for results • Strategic thinker with strong project management and staff development skills.  • Proven track record of successful campaign management, change management, and the ability to formulate new marketing programs. • A deep understanding of marketing best practices and ability to craft impactful, multi-tiered marketing strategies • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; experience interacting with senior leadership • Adept at working in a cross-functional organization with demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams across the organization • Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, be attentive to detail and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills • Strong executive communications experience supporting corporate functions within a healthcare organization
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism  or related field from an accredited college or university. A masters or MBA is preferred.
