Uponor Infra is looking for a Marketing Trainee to support its content creation and digital marketing operations for 01.05-30.09.2025 (exact dates negotiable). Location can be Nastola or Helsinki.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Trainee, we offer you the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the creation and managing our marketing assets. You are responsible for creating, editing, and writing engaging brand and product content for digital channels – from video, visuals, and articles to sales enablement material and everything in between.
Additionally, you could deep dive into the world of marketing technology: web analytics, marketing automation, demand generation, e-newsletters, and other digital channels, tools, and initiatives, including product launches and campaigns.
To succeed in this position, it would be good if you have:
Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish, to be able to create marketing materials in both languages. Extra languages like Swedish, German or Italian are a big plus.
Recent graduate in marketing, journalism, or business.
Background on and willingness to learn all the inner workings of content marketing and digital tools in the B2B environment.
Knowledge of graphic design software for photo retouching, document creation, and video editing tools, e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
Knowledge of – or willingness to learn – Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta Campaign Managers, Salesforce.
Knowledge of CMS website management platforms like Kentico, Adobe Experience, and behavioural analytics tools like Ms Clarity.
