This student position involves assisting with administrative and marketing tasks to help promote our graduate and executive education programs. Your primary responsibilities will include content creation, event scheduling, data entry, and providing general support to the team’s day-to-day activities. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a marketing environment and contribute to our team’s efforts. **Responsibilities** + Assist in creating written content for websites, emails, social media, and promotional materials. + Schedule and update marketing communications and recruiting events on websites, calendars, and other platforms. + Enter data and manage leads in Salesforce. + Help prepare materials for events, such as printed collateral, signage, and more. + Monitor email and social media campaign performance, providing reports as needed. + Provide administrative support, including answering phones and covering the front desk when necessary. + Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall marketing strategy. **This job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job. **Work Environment and Level of Frequency typically required** Nearly Continuously: Office environment. **Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required** Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking.
