Marketing Support Associate
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Support Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the overall operations of our community(s). You will provide creative and promotional support, manage lead management SOPs, contribute to online reputation efforts, foster resident retention, and oversee social media management. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Creative and Promotional Support: Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with the onsite team(s) and design vendors to create compelling creative and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, uniforms, branding, and digital content. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives. Collaborate in implementing brand strategies and initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, fostering community engagement and facilitating a seamless transition during rebranding efforts. Lead Management SOP's: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead management, ensuring efficient and effective lead generation, tracking, and follow-up. Regularly analyze lead data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing lead generation strategies. Online Reputation Efforts: Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings across various platforms. Implement strategies to encourage positive online reviews and increase resident satisfaction. Analyze the online reputation data across the portfolio and identify improvement areas while providing strategies to increase the community(s) digital curb appeal. Resident Retention: Monitor and analyze the resident retention of community(s) across various platforms. Assist in the coordination and strategy of resident events and activities. Social Media Management: Assist in monitoring social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring on various platforms. Develop engaging and relevant social media content ideas, strategies, and training for the onsite teams to increase brand awareness and engage with the community. Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Travel Requirement This position may entail travel, estimated at 10% of work time annually for property visits or internal meetings.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Previous on-site property management experience preferred. Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of lead management practices and CRM systems. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
