Gigamon is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and technically proficient Marketing Systems Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing processes, technical infrastructure, database management, and analytics framework. We leverage the latest tools and technologies to solve challenging problems, and we have strong support from top management for our mission. Marketo (Marketing Automation Platform), Salesforce.com (CRM), and related processes/tools are crucial to Gigamon’s Marketing and Sales teams. We are looking for a skilled technical expert and analyst with experience in marketing technology, CRM systems, and database management. This individual will integrate and develop the systems, tools, dashboards, and other solutions necessary to optimize Marketing and Sales processes. In Gigamon’s fast-paced culture, collaboration across teams like Sales, Sales Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and IT is key. This person will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, design, implement, and operationalize solutions. What you’ll do: Build strong relationships between marketing and sales, aligning business strategies and delivering on objectives. Define, design, develop, and maintain processes and solutions using critical marketing systems to enable data-driven decision-making.Empower marketers with the full potential of technology to scale and optimize campaigns and processes.Cultivate and enforce functional policies, procedures, and best practices for quality assurance.Oversee the operational support of marketing applications and integrations, ensuring high data quality and system integrity.Contribute to the integration architecture and monitor the marketing technical infrastructure.Stay current with the Martech landscape, sponsor, and execute projects to prototype and pilot new technologies supporting the company’s marketing strategy and revenue goals.Manage records, database health, lists, reporting, and portions of the marketing automation platform and/or CRM.Administer, configure, and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems.Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing activities, including pipeline contribution, program ROI, customer acquisition, and activity.Coordinate and operationalize system-related day-to-day activities to automate sales and marketing programs.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues impacting marketing stakeholders.Support the development of a marketing data store sourcing data from various systems for analysis and modeling.Build robust systems for lead generation, lead scoring, routing, and disposition.Provide training, mentoring, and support to marketing and business users.Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and integrity across systems. What you’ve done: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field preferred. A leader, influencer, and self-directed learner with a passion for sales, marketing, and technology. 5+ years of experience managing Marketing and Sales Systems. Practical experience with the architecture, design, development, and implementation of Marketo (Marketo Certification preferred). Experience with SFDC applications is required (SFDC Admin certification preferred). Proficient in databases, SQL, scripting, and HTML/JS languages. Familiarity with reporting systems like Tableau, Power BI Knowledge of lead management, pipeline management, funnels, and the customer lifecycle. Solid understanding of Sales systems, Martech landscape, and customer data hubs. Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and move quickly from strategy to execution. Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines. Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills. Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies, and willing to take the initiative. Ability to build strong working relationships with marketing, sales, IT, and data warehousing teams.
