The technologists are experts of their dedicated areas of functionality and manage the lifecycle of development and strategy. They recommend technical solutions and determine development requirements to improve business processes and marketing results.
We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our global team as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Marketing Technologist. As a Marketing Technologist you will be responsible for managing the marketing processes and operations within SalesForce. You’ll be a knowledgeable expert in CRM, understanding the integration deployments and recommending future developments for best practice improvement. Owning the platform roadmap and foundational strategy you will be the business contact for teams across the globe. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
What You Will Be Doing:
Collaborate with the marketing, sales and IT to review, recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures for campaign and lead management in SFDC.
Act as the point of contact for sales, marketing, and IT colleagues, answering questions, providing guidance, and working collaboratively to improve lead management and tracking.
Work collaboratively to ensure data integrity and strategy is adhered too and we have processes and rules for data import management, data validation, data cleansing and deduping.
Measure and optimize campaigns, proactively monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to ensure follow-up and accuracy.
Build customized views, dashboards, and reports for users.
Analyze CRM marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop, execute, and test sales and marketing campaign automation.
Create and manage profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, and other configurable parts of the interface for users.
Share knowledge and best practice, carry out training for existing and new users.
Gain a basic level understanding in essential marketing operations initiatives between automation and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
What We Are Looking For:Great experience with CRMs - Salesforce
Full proficiency in English
Experience with Marketing automation tools
Multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and implementation experience including superlative knowledge of marketing and sales automation platform mechanics, campaign testing strategies and preferably demand waterfall processes and metrics (e.g. lead scoring, service-level agreements, lead sourced/influenced ratios)
Agency landscape/best practices, deep knowledge of marketing channels effectiveness & mix
Superior Project management skills along with strong written/oral communications and budget allocation and management principles
Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$63,250.00 - $82,500.00 MXN MonthlyActual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
