Design and Implementation:Develop and architect marketing technology solutions that integrate with existing systems and align with business objectives.Lead the support and optimization of relevant martech tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics and tracking tools, testing platforms, budget-2-spend solutions, and other relevant technologies.System Integration:Oversee the integration of various marketing technologies and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.Technology Strategy:Ideate and support the strategic technology roadmap to enhance marketing capabilities and improve operational efficiency.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the martech space to recommend and implement innovative solutions.Data Management:Manage the integration and utilization of marketing data across platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and compliance.Optimization and Troubleshooting:Continuously assess the performance of marketing technologies and identify areas for improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing systems and platforms.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Work closely with marketing teams, IT departments, and external vendors to align technology solutions with business needs and objectives.Provide training and support to marketing teams on innovative technologies and best practices.Project Management:Manage and oversee the execution of technology-related projects within the marketing department, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, timelines, and deliverables.Compliance and Security:Ensure that marketing technology solutions comply with regulations and security standards.Implement and enforce data protection policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.

Supervisory Responsibilities pertaining to Programs and Projects: May supervise contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities: training contractors and employees; planning, assigning, documenting, budget reconciliation and related activities; addressing complaints, troubleshooting, and resolving problems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   

Extensive Experience in Marketing Technologies:Solid background in a variety of enterprise-class marketing technology systems and/or concepts, including marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and campaign delivery and channel optimization solutions (e.g., Sprout Social, Figma, On24, Qualtrics, Planful, Qualtrics).Proficiency in data management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HEAP, Tableau, Power BI), with experience in program testing (AB), data integration, and performance metrics.Solid understanding of CDP, data warehouse, DAM, and specialty martech solutions and/or concepts.Advanced Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to triage and resolve complex technical issues across integrated marketing systems and diverse technology landscapes.Demonstrated expertise in connecting and optimizing disparate systems to ensure seamless operations and data flow.Experience with Enterprise Applications:Proven track record with large-scale, high-availability enterprise applications, including cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) and infrastructure management.Technical Proficiency:Broad knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Java, CSS, PHP, SQL, and API management.Experience in implementing and supporting tier-one CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) and web tracking/testing solutions (e.g., SiteImprove, VWO, Cheq)Data Governance and Compliance:Proven background in supporting programs with strict data protection mandates, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA on platforms such as Cookie Yes, OneTrust).Ability to develop and enforce data governance policies and manage data quality and security.Effective Communication and Leadership:Strong multi-channel communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.Ability to support programs with quick-turn deadlines while maintaining exacting standards of quality and efficiency.Change Management and Strategy Development:Experience in developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.Skills in managing technology change and implementing solutions that enhance marketing capabilities, operational efficiency and unify the company under ONE GLOBAL STRIDE objective.Ability to clear required background check

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

5+ years of experience in integrating, managing and optimization an enterprise-class marketing technology stack - requiredBS or Graduate degree in Computer Sciences, Technical Marketing Operations, or IT - requiredSolid web / programming language skills-set (e.g., Java, CSS, PHP, SQL, and API management -preferredSalesforce certified (BA, Admin, or MC Admin) - preferredContracts management and negotiations experience - preferredBudget and spend management proficiency – requiredTechnical project management experience involving cross-department internal resources and external consultants/agencies - requiredStrong verbal, written and presentation skills - required

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the salary range to be $57,519.75 to $121,792.80  Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
