Additional Responsibilities Include:
Shapes and defines yearly strategic plan for Marketing Training programs for applicable region/sites to exceed the company objectives. Uses current performance data in order to create just in time training solutions to site leaders and teams. Facilitated group sessions as well as one on one coaching sessions. Partners with the HGV Learning and Development team for the purposes of consistency. Works as a Manager on Duty (MOD) for various desk locations as needed to support the Marketing Management teams and to coach and train marketing team members to drive business results Facilitates other training programs on an as-needed basis.
