This role requires exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to provide accurate reporting and interpretation of the Company’s OTT offerings, data structures, reporting, resolve discrepancies, revenue analysis, costing, and report company/department performance against established KPI metrics
The candidate should be adept in SQL, Access, Excel and preferably tableau
• Accurately and efficiently use accounting and financial reporting and Microsoft software
• Work with Data product and analytics team to create/maintain dashboards and work on automation of provisioning; partner payouts etc
Maintain the customer escalation and SR dashboard to keep track of experience challenges wrt content offerings
• Assemble and summarize data to generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly)
• Create and stay abreast with key funnel metrics of major growth channels
• Provide creative alternatives and recommends cost reductions and efficiencies to improve profitability
• Work with different teams to minimize the manual effort in reconciliation processes
• Work with management to develop and maintain routine forecasts and data modeling
• Identify trends, provide input and recommend actions for management consideration based on sound analysis
