About the 2025 Marsh Graduate Programme
As a participant in the Marsh Graduate Programme, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our dynamic business practice. You may be assigned to a broking role, where you will support a team of experts in selecting and securing optimal insurance programs, or to a client-facing role, collaborating with Client Executives to understand clients’ businesses, their challenges, and their risk management needs. This hands-on experience will enable you to learn how to provide valuable advice and work with broking teams to enhance our value proposition.

What you need to have:
On track to achieve a 2:1 degree or higher
Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)
What makes you stand out:
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
Language skills are a plus but not essential
