Overview Naples Grande Golf Club is a highly acclaimed, Rees Jones-designed private course located a short drive from downtown Naples. Renowned golf architect Rees Jones designed a par 72 championship course that proves both interesting and challenging. Each hole at this demanding course promises an exhilarating new experience. With extraordinary elevations and unique water features expertly incorporating the indigenous Florida foliage, this course offers stunning fairways for year-round play for Premier Club members and guests of Naples Grande Beach Resort. In the fall of 2022, South Street Partners acquired Naples Grande Golf Club & Naples Grande Beach Resort from Northwood Investors, and adds Naples Grande into its exciting portfolio, including Palmetto Bluffs and The Cliffs. The Starter/Ranger Team at Naples Grande Golf Club is responsible for creating an exceptional experience at Naples Grande by: Monitoring time par and enforcing pace of play policies Communicating with The Professional Staff with group times, where groups are and adhering to issues that arise. Continuously working through the golf course to be visible, and monitor all groups pace of play. Maintaining the stock of the comfort stations and sand stations. Assist in outing set up as needed. Work with The Professional Staff on tracking Pace of Play. This is an hourly compensation position, where candidates for this position must posses exceptional communication and time management skills. This is a seasonal position, with a November start-date, with end date being April 1st. Normal work schedule would be 2 - 3 days per week but is negotiable. Job Type: Part-time
