Job Description
Position Summary: The MarTech Associate is charged with the creation and maintenance of each individual property’s digital footprint. This is handled via software such as property management systems, internet listing services, marketing campaign tracking and search engine marketing to ensure efficient implementation and onboarding of communities as well as preserving the accuracy of their information. MarTech Associate work at an administrator level within a multitude of tools and software in order to ensure the overarching marketing vision of the company/property is effectively translated via a technology implementation to deliver on marketing goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists Regional Manager, Marketing Manager, and Community Manager in the set up and execution of new developments and acquisitions including but not limited to lead tracking coordination, listing syndication, feed management and more. This includes the ability to work in a stressful environment and work peacefully with co-workers and residents.
Establishes visibility of new developments and acquisitions across various internet listing platforms, e.g. Google Maps, Google Search, Apple Maps, Yelp and Uber, through content management systems.
Manages and approves initial set up of leasing tools (i.e.: floor plans, site maps, website).
Works closely with Regional Manager Community Manager and Transition Manager to establish long-term marketing contact numbers at any phase of development as needed.
Works with Creative Marketing team to implement external marketing tools such as tour, chat, and leasing AI functionality.
Monitors and resolves daily support tickets submitted from all leasing teams and Regional Directors in help desk environment.
Ensures visibility and consistency across all RangeWater Residential communities on internet listing services and websites, including but not limited to photography, physical location accuracy, availability, brand consistency.
Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater Residential’s policies and performance expectations.
Work Hours and Work Environment:
Schedule: 40 hours in a regular work week.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday: 8am – 5pm

Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Computer Skills: Strong personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with property management applications (preferably Yardi and/or One Site), and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances.

Licenses: Current Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
Weights Requirements: Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
Mobility Requirements: The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat. Intermittently required to sit and perform keyboard work.
Travel Requirements: Routine local travel may be required to run business-related errands including but not limited to meetings and training. Non-local travel may be required up to 30% for business-related responsibilities.
