MarTech Platform/ In Flight Entertainment Product Manager
Job Description Accountable for leading the IFE platform strategy and prioritized roadmap.  Establish and drive OKRs for IFE and revenue targets with Loyalty, Operations and Guest Experience teams.  Work with cross-functional teams to execute the strategy across the guest journey.  Responsible for following industry and technology trends for IFE, partner integrations and ad platforms to be incorporated into solutions to unlock the strategy.  Responsible for requirements definition and discovery for the IFE platform roadmap, including navigating technical dependencies & tradeoffs while still delivering a strong guest and partner experience.  Partner closely with Guest Digital and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle (Communication, Updates, Reporting, etc.).  May be responsible for additional products outside of IFE platform.  Effectively collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Agile Delivery team members.  Responsible for maintaining/owning a backlog to deliver the guest experience.  Participate and/or facilitate in agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Bi-Weekly Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives. Skills and Requirements Experience with Portal development and Advertising or Martech platform technologies  Five years of product management experience within a complex business environment, including reporting on operational results.  Excellent strategy, organizational, project management, interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills. High energy, positive presence along with top-notch written and verbal communication skills.  Experience working in an agile-based operating model.  Innovative, resilient, fact-based and creative solutions-focused mindset, with ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a rapidly changing, collaborative environment.
