The MarTech Relationship Lead role serves as a key liaison between MarTech and our Corporate Communications and Global Brand teams. Upcoming initiatives will allow you to dive deep on cross divisional campaigns, efficiency efforts, increasing adoption of capabilities to drive outcomes, content supply chain and AI. While this role sits in IT, the focus is to gain and communicate a breadth of knowledge across Marketing Technologies and explain how they can help enable business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.Strong relationship management skills and problem-solving skills. A proven track record supporting and responding to internal partner needs.Experienced business communicator and can adapt their style to work with a variety of different roles, levels and styles. Broad marketing experience and enthusiasm to help marketing teams drive outcomes.Understanding of technologies that support Marketing capabilities and a desire to deepen technical skills. Ability to translate technical details into business terms is necessary. Desire to gain exposure to leadership across both Business and IT roles and hone consulting and presentation skills.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.Special Factors
