MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo support a comprehensive, professional and integrated care service and to deliver world class case coordination and concierge service to Medical Assist Service patients in collaboration with the internal and external healthcare teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Manage clinical efficiency in collaboration with the Clinical and Medical Assist Services team for MAS patients prior to admission, during hospitalisation and post discharge Support an integrated healthcare service by monitoring the liaison and coordination services of the MAS teams with clinician offices and external healthcare providers Perform a patient liaison role throughout the delivery of the various MAS contracts, communicate effectively with patients, clients, specialists, hospitals Utilise data analytics and reporting to monitor patient outcomes, operational efficiency and clinical governance Drive a culture of cost efficiency and ensure the financial process is managed thoroughly Manage the clinical coordinators and concierge team REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Degree / Diploma in General Nursing; OR Advanced Life Support OR ILS with appropriate case management experience OR other allied healthcare degree/ diploma

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
3-years’ experience in a senior nursing role (e.g. Shift Leader, SPN), within a private acute healthcare setting; OR Paramedic OR 3 years’ experience within healthcare environment. Minimum 2 years clinical case management
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
3-years’ Case Management and/or Client Liaison/Customer Service, Communications and Bookkeeping
