Position Summary
Performs massages of various techniques and time length on members, guests, and/or rehabilitation clientele. Takes into consideration personal feedback and/or medical direction from a physician to ensure a safe procedure and positive outcome for the customer.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1.
Demonstrates professional knowledge of massage methods and techniques by assessing which type of massage is most beneficial to the customer based on needs identification and/or medical prescription.
2.
Performs quality massage treatment which results in client satisfaction and positive outcomes.
3.
Recognizes importance of member retention by generating new ideas to promote massage to clientele.
4.
Exhibits professional time-management skills to ensure massage schedule is reliable and massage appointments are executed on time to guarantee a seamless flow of appointments.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred:
Certificate and/or Advanced Specialized or Technical Training in various massage techniques and/or specialties
