\nA Massage Therapist is responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
\nAs a Massage Therapist, you would be responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nPerform massage and/or body treatments\nUtilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products\nMaintain cleanliness of work area\nMaintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nPerform general Spa duties, as needed\nSPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
\nThe individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
\n\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.\nAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.\nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\n\nQUALIFICATION STANDARDS EDUCATION
\n\nHigh school graduate or GED.\n\nEXPERIENCE
\n\nMinimum of 1-year in massage therapy practice or in resort spa as a therapist preferred.\nPrevious customer service experience preferred.\n\nLICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
\n\nMust have a license.\n\nGROOMING/UNIFORMS
