Master's HR Intern

As a Master’s Intern here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in\nsupporting our HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR\nfunctions within the Mexico Offices. You will be responsible for implementing\nHR strategies that support business objectives, fostering a high-performance\nculture, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

You will report directly to our Sr. HR Manager, and you'll work out of our\nMX0H site. In this role, you will impact the organization by effectively\nmanaging employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures,\nand supporting the development and implementation of HR programs. You will also\ncontribute to the overall success of the HR team by collaborating with\ncross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Partner with business leaders to develop and\nexecute HR strategies that drive business results.Provide guidance on complex HR issues,\norganizational design, and development.Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting,\ninterviewing, and hiring processes, to meet the needs of the building\nautomation business.Lead employee relations, ensuring fair and\nconsistent application of policies and procedures.Drive initiatives that promote a culture of\ninclusion, agility, and learning within the organization.Collaborate with the HR Services Talent\nOperations team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.Support the development and integration of HR\ntechnology systems to improve HR processes.Analyze HR metrics and data to inform\ndecision-making and report on HR performance.Ensure regulatory compliance and manage\nrelationships with external agencies as required.Participate in the design and delivery of HR\nprograms and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Studying last semester or recently\ngraduated of master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience.Advanced EnglishStrong understanding of HR functions, including\ntalent management, employee relations, and performance management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and\nnegotiation skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a team and\nwith all levels of management within the organization.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making\nskills.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD908324Category: Human ResourcesLocation: Av.
