ABOUT THE ROLE

Will provide direct therapeutic services (individual and group therapy; treatment planning) for mentally ill adults including assisting our persons served with activities of daily living, safety checks, unit monitoring, crisis de-escalation, and shift documentation. You’d be an integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration unit supervisors and other EAC staff. Responsible for helping clients with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in a residential facility.This position will work within a 16 bed unit in Glen Hazel area offering residential psychiatric care to adults who with serious mental illness, in a locked structured setting.
