Master Data Analyst CA 

     

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to manage local Master Data setup and maintenance in SAP for Pharmaceutical & Consumer Health products. This includes developing and maintaining a standardized Master Data process, providing training and guidance, gathering and maintaining Customer Master information, ensuring accurate customer and pricing information setup, and managing Material Master data for new product launches and global/local projects. Additionally, the role involves acting as an approval body for system or process change requests, monitoring Master data quality, and providing ongoing technical expertise to support seamless Supply Chain planning and Order to Cash process flow.

Key Tasks:

 

Manage local Master Data set up and maintenance in SAP including Material Master, BOM, info record, pricing, etc. for Pharmaceutical & Consumer Health productsResponsible for developing and maintaining a robust standardized Master Data process to ensure process compliance with global guideline and ICS principles. Provide training and guidance to relevant teams involved in Master Data process to ensure clear understanding on process and role/responsibilitiesResponsible for gathering, creating, and maintaining the Customer Master information (including customer master, list price, payment term, etc.) in SAPProvide technical expertise to Customer Service, Credit Representatives, and Market Managers to ensure accurate customer and pricing information are set up on invoices, order entry, and receivables while ensuring ICS complianceResponsible for gathering, creating, and maintaining the Material Master, plant extension, source list, BOM, MRP, and info record data for new product launches, product changes, and global/local project. Ensure correct and accurate data set up in SAP to support daily operations.Acts as approval body for system or process change requests. Monitors Master data quality and identifies need for action and improvement potentialsWork with global MD and local business/operations for global ERP system roll out and local business/operation integration. Ensure proper Master Data cleansing, preparation, data validation and migration, etc. to support seamless Supply Chain planning and Order to Cash process flow transition.Provide on-going technical expertise to Supply Chain, logistics, and customer service by trouble shooting issues related to demand/supply planning, production, order picking/delivery, material movement, etc. to ensure seamless day-to-day supply chain planning and order to cash flow process.

 

 

Qualification & Competencies:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, technical discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Master Data ManagementExperience in a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products or regulated industry background & good knowledge of supply chain, O2C, logistics processes, procurement, F&A and supporting systemsGood communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, customer focus and negotiation skills requiredComputer skills/ability to work with various software packages, e.g., Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with SAP is a plusDemonstrated ability to lead projects, work as a team player and self-starterProven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrixed organization.Spanish & English: Advance
