In this role, you’ll play a critical part in launching new initiatives and implementing finished product changes (ZFIN codes) within the SAP system. Your work will ensure that information across CARICAM (Salty, C&C, and Foods materials) is timely, accurate, and top-quality, driving seamless operations across the region. Your Impact As a Master Data Analyst – CARICAM, your key responsibilities include: Delivering Data-Driven Results: Provide accurate and relevant data for every new finished product initiative, ensuring smooth launches. Master Data Configuration: Analyze inputs from Commercial and Marketing teams to configure material master data in SAP, guaranteeing data integrity and precision. SAP Workflow Management: Monitor workflows across different areas to track the progress of materials and resolve bottlenecks effectively. Dynamic Data Updates: Modify and update material information, including UPCs, classifications, and descriptions, to keep data current and aligned. Material Extensions: Manage requests for existing materials to extend their use across additional plants or sales centers. Collaborative Reporting: Share weekly progress updates with stakeholders and actively participate in cross-functional forums to drive alignment. Empowering Teams: Train Marketing and Commercial teams on process requirements, ensuring they’re equipped for success. Qualifications What You’ll Bring to the Table Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Administration, or a related field. Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, advanced Excel proficiency, and polished communication skills, with experience delivering impactful presentations. Experience: Background in similar roles (e.g., back office or operational support) with a strong grasp of SAP and Power BI. Previous experience leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
