What You’ll Do:   

The Master Data Coordinator is responsible for inputting and reviewing all information used for reporting by the Supply Planning Team for all of the organizations. In addition, the responsibilities of the Master Data Coordinator may include entry-level inventory management tasks.

Input information into the Oracle system to create and manage new customers, product codes, costing, physical attributes, ordering parameters, importing information, selling status, and forecast tables, among other categories Regularly reviews purchase prices and standard costs for all items to ensure accuracy, initiates price changes, and ensures that all items are accurately priced and products are updated promptly Manage the completion and release of new items in the system Assign UPCs, GTINs, and UDI codes to new items Complete changes when required due to changes in customer hierarchy or discontinued products Review product and account information for completeness and accuracy, identify and escalate issues Perform analysis to ensure all items are tested routinely for completeness and accuracy Update/add items to New Item Reports Make requested weekly updates to the product item master Update BOM’s Manage inbound shipments and update container logs Work with brokers to obtain requested tariff information Run various reports Galt data entry Entry-level inventory management tasks to include reviewing & maintaining required inventory levels, issuing POs, and working with overseas vendors Other duties may be assigned

Bring It! 

High School degree or GED Equivalent High attention to detail ERP/MRP/PLM experience is a plus Prior experience working in Data Entry is a plus Excel and Word skills required Analytical skills required – able to process and react to vast amounts of data

Hourly Rate of Pay: $22.00 HR
