Master Data Coordinator - TEMP

Summary

We are seeking a Master Data Coordinator to fill a temporary assignment (2 - 4 months) with the potential to become a full time role. The Master Data Coordinator - Temporary will support Perdue AgriBusiness’ IT business units.  This position will be responsible for reviewing requests to add or update databases, data entry, communication with customers and other master data departments to ensure data is entered and updated timely, and communication of processes status.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to emails, and manage email inbox to ensure master data requests are completed in a timely Reads and analyzes source documents from business, Detects and communicates incorrect or missing data to business or IT associates.  Enter and update critical data in the database to ensure the accuracy and organization of data.  Upload backup documents into the computer system Establish and follow data entry priorities by following organizational processes Communicate with businesses to maintain customer confidence in the accuracy of data and timely completion of requests.  Communicate with other master data associates to ensure all systems are updated and accurate Minimum Education High School or equivalent required  Associates degree preferred Experience Requirements 0 - 3 years of previous data entry experience  Knowledge of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience Preferred Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

1. Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. 2. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. 3. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. 4. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment. 5. When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db. May be exposed to all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
