Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the end-to-end operation of master data lifecycle including creation, update, and archival/deletion of the master data, by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain. Each day, you will provide support on master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by understanding the impact of the master data maintained and accordingly providing guidance to others on the related matters.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the ELCommercial Operation in Shanghai. Job objectives:1.\tMaintain Master Data 2.\tMaster Data Quality ImprovementJob Responsibilities:1.\tVendor Master Data Maintenance in MDG/SAP. 2.\tSupplier Management1)\tSupplier Lead time management2)\tSupplier OTD monitor3)\tSupplier performance measurement4)\tSupplier Export Control (ECN/ECCN) data governance and update (PCE) 3.\tMaterial Master Data Maintenance in SAP and ABB global tool (Material Configuration)4.\tData Quality improvement according to ABB Global data rule5.\tDepartment administration work (partial).

Qualifications for the role

1.\tBachelor’s degree, at least 5 years working experience in Master Data maintenance, product classification and export risk control.2.\tFamiliar with SAP, MDG system. 3.\tAdvanced knowledge of Excel/PPT/Visio4.\tStrong communication, leadership and influence skill5.\tLogical thinking, Familiar with data analysis skill and problem solve skill6.\tFluent English
