Master Data Governance Specialist I (Professional, Report & Analytics)

What you bring to the role:

Master Data Governance

Central product setup, including searchable attributes, and maintenance.Vendor setup, maintenance, and governance.Meet business requirements, while still in line withthe global standards.Setup and maintain commodity code in SAP and product hierarchy cross reference according to Tax requirements.Maintaining the master data cross-ref between the systems and assuring data coherence between the systems.Quality control and cleansing of master data.Support the countries according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the product and vendor creation and maintenance process, assuring quality of the data.Maintain Global Master Data standards including but not limited to product hierarchy, searchable attributes, manufacturers. Managing additional duties assigned by manager

Data Quality Analysis

Analyzing and auditing item creation and item change requests Identifying data mismatches and continuously striving for improving processes Execution of data checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and global data integrity. Understanding subsequent systems, reports, outlets for all master data fields · Reporting of system or data issues to management Contributing ideas and actions towards continuous improvement of processes within master data areas Researching and cleansing large volumes of data to support enterprise initiatives. Facilitating / Executing testing of MDM tools Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

Continuous Learning

Follow closely the technology and business evolution & vendor roadmaps to enable the correct classification of the products in the systems. Proactively assists with the identification and delivery of training and development needs of the Country Data Management teams related to the classification of products and vendors. Be able to provide training for specific topics.
