Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Enterprise MDM Business Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and enhancing a comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) governance framework throughout our clients organization, while also spearheading business intelligence initiatives. This position demands a strategic and communicative professional with a deep understanding of data management principles, BI tools, and analytics. The Enterprise MDM & Analytics Specialist will advocate for data stewardship and business intelligence, bridging the gap between technical requirements, enterprise reporting needs, and business goals. In addition to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, security, and quality of enterprise data, the successful candidate will be pivotal in utilizing data insights to support business decision-making. Responsibilities include identifying trends, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitating data-driven decision-making across various departments. Skills and Requirements Over 7 years of total work experience, with 3-5 years specifically in data management preferred. o Create and maintain data dictionaries. o Ability to analyze and resolve data issues like integrity, quality, and discrepancy. o Data Design Principles and best practices to effectively collaborate with architects, modelers, and IT teams.  Hands on experience with Tableau and Power BI for dashboard reporting  Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms like Snowflake  Demonstrated leadership experience in data governance roles, with a successful track record of implementing and managing data governance programs. o This includes leading cross-functional data governance teams and strategies and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.  Proven experience in driving change management initiatives to ensure the adoption of data governance practices across the organization.  Providing technical and operational data support to users.  Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field Saas based technology experience.  Experience with Power apps.  Implementation of data stewardship framework to determine optimized stewardship processes null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
