Kforce has a client in Tamarac, FL that is looking for a Master Data Management Manager. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing day-to-day business data requirements, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and overseeing large-scale migration projects to SAP S/4HANA. Summary: This role is pivotal to ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of data across the organization. The Master Data objects include Business Partner, Material Master, Bill of Materials, Recipes, Resources, Purchasing-Info Records, Pricing, and Warehouse Management data. This candidate is responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of existing data and ensuring accurate execution of data migration processes. Responsibilities: * Master Data Management Manager will implement the Company's SAP Master Data Management strategy and roadmap * Lead the implementation of MDM solutions, including data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and workflows * Adapt Company's data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP systems * As a Master Data Management Manager, you will manage and develop the Master Data Management team to efficiently execute migration projects and daily MDM operations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business strategies * Monitor data quality metrics to identify and resolve data issues * Develop training programs to educate end-users on data management best practices * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in SAP MDM and suggest continuous improvement strategies * Other duties as assigned
