James Martin Vanities is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Master Data Operator.

This is a Hybrid role based out of South Bend, IN, in accordance with the James Martin Vanities Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Check and respond to emails from customers regarding new PO’s receivedEnter new ordersProvide freight quotesConfirm order availability by warehouseEmail customers on order discrepancies: pricing, wrong skus, addresses, etcEmail customers on payments needed for pending ordersProcess payments for pending ordersUpdate orders when change requests are receivedAssist with inventory inquiriesAssist with cancellation requestsEmail order confirmationsWork on the Open Order Report – Update status changes in E21Email updated ETA’s to customersAccurately communicate with Customers on Order Status and Backorder UpdatesMaintaining files and accurate records as requiredMaintain good customer and sales relationsGather required data for quote preparationAnswer incoming phone calls & emailsContact sales associates for clarity on ordersContact and resolve any open items or issues that are outstanding on customers PO’sIn addition to the essential job functions described above, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

Computer experience with Outlook and Excel are requiredTen Key data entry experience is requiredAttention to detail and the ability to multi-taskA high school diploma (or equivalent)Excellent communication, time management and organizational skillsAbility to learn quickly, and adapt to change

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $19.04

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
