**Job Title: Master Electrician** **Job Description** We are looking for a Master Electrician to estimate and oversee jobs, manage employees, and perform hands-on electrical work. The role involves pulling permits, managing jobs, and troubleshooting electrical issues. **Responsibilities** + Estimate and oversee electrical jobs + Pull necessary permits for electrical projects + Manage jobs and supervise employees + Perform hands-on electrical work + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues **Essential Skills** + Master Electrician License + Experience in electrical work, conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, and high voltage + Ability to read and work with schematics + Leadership experience or potential to grow and lead a team + Ability to estimate jobs accurately + Permit pulling and management skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Management experience is a plus, especially as this is a newer division and the team is expected to grow **Why Work Here?** We offer health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k plan with a 4% match. The role involves moving from job site to job site, working in both commercial and residential environments, and collaborating with other departments such as Plumbing. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
