Job Description The Master Fleet Technician’s primary purpose will require the individual to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment including gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, forklifts, tankers and trailers. Key responsibilities: – Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipment – Oversee Fleet Technicians and provide direction as assigned by Lead Technician – Help schedule and support all work within the shop – Coordinate training – Manage costs according to budget and daily completion of repairs – Ensure DOT compliance – Program and record assigned preventative maintenance tasks – Receive and process invoices for payment – Maintain parts inventory and budget – Parts and Inventory control – Maintain shop housekeeping standards and prepare end of month reporting and/or any other administrative requirements – Ensure safe work practices Qualifications Key Qualifications: – Positive team-player attitude – Possess exceptional work ethic, energy and drive – High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience – Completed 2 years of technical education or possess 3 years of hands on experience – Must have diagnostic experience and the ability to both read and understand technical manuals and schematics – Perform additional facilities repairs – Ability to handle physical requirements including but not limited to repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting up to 60 pounds – Prior experience with PM logging in database (Transman preferred) – Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) experience preferred – Must be experienced in diesel engine repair, hydraulic systems, drive train assemblies, suspension chassis, electrical troubleshooting and repair – Valid Driver’s License – Ability to obtain CDL Class B within six months of employment – ASE certification required within specified period of time – Must possess personal toolsPrimo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
