Master Planner
Job Title: Master SchedulerResponsibilitiesManage a team of about 2 buyers and 3 planners.Verify shipment dates of customer orders based on lead times and production schedules, notifying Customer Service of any deviations.Review material shortages and plan/schedule customer orders with engineering, purchasing, and production teams.Collaborate with Customer Service to prioritize production builds or shipments when necessary.Manage MRP messages.Review auto-released work orders (e.g., defer, cancels) and take appropriate action.Manage Work Orders, including cancellations, printing, all fields (including codes for releasing late), stat codes, and create/print virtual.Run Planning/Schedule Reports.Coordinate customer shipments with other departments including Engineering, Product Management, Accounting, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Stockroom personnel.Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase department/company efficiencies.Maintain technical competence through attendance of training programs and reading current articles and company correspondence.Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes related to job duties as applicable.Perform all other duties as assigned.Essential Qualifications5-10 years of planning experienceLeadership experience is requiredERP experience - SAP or other systems is a plus!Power BI and reporting experience is a plusPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00
