Your role and responsibilities

In this role, the Senior Production Scheduler is responsible for converting the supply plan into an executable Master Production Schedule (MPS), as well as overseeing PSI (Supply and Inventory Plan-ning) to ensure resource availability and product delivery timelines are met. This role integrates operational production scheduling with strategic planning to optimize production processes, resource coordination, and inventory management at both local and regional levels.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEnsuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.•\tAssembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.•\tIdentifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.•\tScheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelors Degree in industrial, mechatronics, electrical or similar engineerings.\tExperience in similar roles as master schedule planner / Production scheduler\tExperience in managing MRP & ERP SAP.\tAdvanced excel level.\tKnowledge of electrical products.\tAdvanced English level.\tMPS Planning: Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning production capacities with forecasts and customer demand to ensure resource and material availability.\tPSI Management: Oversee PSI (Supply and Inventory Planning) to ensure that inventory levels and production capacities align with forecasted demand, identifying potential bottlenecks or mismatches.\tResource Optimization: Manage production workload by utilizing tools such as Theory of Con-straints (TOC) to enhance resource utilization and scheduling efficiency.\tDetailed Production Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed production schedules to maximize resource use, based on the master production plan.
