Summary: Develop and manage forecast for long-range planning while considering current materials, lead-time, and manned capacity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows-based programs, and ERP/MRP systems
Proven experience with planning and forecasting
APICS certification a plus
Responsibilities:
Identify and implement system/process improvements within scheduling
Develop existing forecasting tools through innovative ideas/projects
Convey and negotiate Master Production Schedule for achievability
Review/update forecast and master schedule; establish planning calendar updates monthly
Evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes; determine push/pull actions for financial forecast achievability
Assist production meetings to assess actual vs. plan; update MPS accordingly
Supervise/report actual results against Master Production Schedule
Prepare/manage master materials schedule using ERP systems; prepare staffing profiles for schedule achievement
Plan/schedule materials availability to support production schedules
Support new Sales Orders/Strategic Customer development through cooperative scheduling using Microsoft Project
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
