Challenging Projects:
As the Training Master Scheduler, you will serve as the key point of contact for all training-related scheduling matters. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including the Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering (CSFE), Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), and the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB). Your expertise will ensure that classrooms, training aids, and schedules are aligned to meet the operational needs of NCTC Gulfport.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and schedule all on-site and off-site training at NCTC Gulfport.
+ Act as the primary contact for matters related to “A,” C1, D1, F1, and G1 school courses.
+ Ensure the accuracy and currency of NITRAS, CETARS, and Master Course Reference File systems per directives.
+ Draft and submit course schedules for review and approval.
+ Manage student rosters and ensure classroom availability and assignments.
+ Conduct weekly scheduling meetings with key stakeholders to review and resolve conflicts.
+ Identify scheduling conflicts and propose resolutions to optimize course delivery.
+ Maintain and present training metrics and utilization briefs.
+ Liaise with course managers, company commanders, and tenant commands to communicate changes and training opportunities.
+ Manage class quota requests and ensure compliance with course schedules via the eNTRS system.
+ Coordinate quota requirements and conflicts with CSFE to maximize training opportunities.
State-of-the-Art Technology:
Work with enterprise systems such as NITRAS, CETARS, and eNTRS to maintain training schedules, track resources, and optimize the use of facilities and personnel.

You Have:
+ Active SECRET Clearance
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a training scheduler, preferably in a military or technical environment.
+ Specialized knowledge of Navy Seabee structures and construction-related vocations.
+ Expertise in scheduling training within classroom and field environments.
+ Proficiency in using computer systems for report preparation, data input, and course management.
+ Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Nice to Haves:
+ Familiarity with safety regulations and requirements for construction site operations.
+ Experience drafting course curriculum or managing training development initiatives.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. SECRET clearance is required.
