Perform Kronos data analysis, audits, calculations, historical corrections, and support the payroll team with overpayment identification and collection efforts. + Perform pay code utilization analysis and reviews to ensure associate compensation, payroll system processing and financial statement impact. + Prepare bi-weekly finding reports identifying root cause errors for process improvements. + Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures. + Perform special projects including auditing off-cycle requests, pay code usage tracking and reporting, ad hoc payment requests and overpayment recoveries. + Review financial controls and policies for compliance and serve as a liaison with managers, human resources and payroll to identify errors, determine correction processes, and document resolution. + Confirm final Kronos information prior to data system transfer into payroll subsystem for processing. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** No additional preferences. **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
