Siemens Gebze factory is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide. We are looking for MasterPlanning Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for master plan of MV-LV factory switchgear orders. For our Masterplanning Department, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented planning engineer.  What part will you play?
• Responsible for Medium and Low Voltage products planning processes. • Handling order intakes for MV and LV Switchgear products, organizing necessary group availability with around 80 different countries.• Drawing up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet dispatch dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.• Controlling Key Performance Indicators reporting for products includes delivery reliability, lead time and vital landmarks.• Handling revenue plan of the factory.• Monthly follow up potential order intakes.• Coordination and collaboration with Siemens Project Management Hubs/ offices in different countries. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.• Prepare regular progress reports and present them to management.• Follow Siemens Production System principles.
What you need to make real what matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electric/Electronics Engineering.• 1-2 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.• Good command of English is a must both verbal and writing.• Able to work  3-4 days/week in Gebze Office.• Strong writing, documentation, coordination and speaking skills.• Flexible and good team player,• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking,• Open minded and highly collaborative,• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
