**Job Title:** **Material Controls Specialist** + **1st Shift Hours** : 7:00am-3:30pm ( _Monday through Friday_ ) + **Pay Range:** $23.00-$25.00 per hour ( _depends on experience_ ) **Job Description** + The role involves receiving, storing, staging, inventorying, returning, and shipping materials post-production, ensuring compliance with cGMP and ISO standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, timely material movement, accurate transactions, and continuous improvement in material flow and control. **Responsibilities** + Timely shipping, meeting customer requirements, efficient and accurate processing of shipping paperwork (40%). + Coordination with carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers for on-time delivery and cost management (5%). + Correct stocking, self-audits, cycle counts, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices. + Prompt order picking, accurate transactions, proper staging, and segregation of materials. + Optimizing space usage, checking for damage, and proper segregation based on quality status. + Accurate and complete forms, labels, and reconciliation. + Maintaining a clean, safe environment, participating in team activities, and cross-training. + Staying updated on technology, submitting cost reduction ideas, and improving operations. **Essential Skills & Qualifications:** + **_Must Have:_** + 3-5 years of warehouse experience with Inventory Management & Cycle Counts + MRP experience - _using to confirm ticket_ + Detail-oriented, decisive, and eager to help in any capacity. + Material handling equipment operation experience. + **_Nice To Haves_** : + 1-3 years of experience working in a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) environment. + HAZMAT Certification. + International Shipping experience. + Up-to-date forklift certification. **Why Work Here?** + Annual salary adjustments for meeting or exceeding job performance, 401K match plan with 62.5% match of every dollar invested up to 6% of annual salary, competitive holiday pay ranging from 80 to 200 hours based on years of service, and a strong insurance package including dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
