**Job Title: Material Coordinator** **Job Description** Candidates will be coordinating and expediting materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments by performing the following duties. Will assist with MRP in processing. Must be comfortable with material inventory and material inventory control. SAP experience is a plus, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Office365, Word, and Excel. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and expedite materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments. + Assist with MRP processing. + Manage material inventory and inventory control. + Perform inventory counts and cycle counts. + Handle data entry related to material inventory. + Oversee shipping and receiving processes. + Prepare bills of lading and export documentation. + Operate a forklift as needed. + Ensure efficient supply chain management. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory and inventory control. + Proficiency in performing cycle counts. + Ability to manage data entry tasks. + Experience with shipping and receiving processes. + Knowledge of preparing bills of lading and export documentation. + Forklift operation skills. + Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + SAP experience is a plus. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office365, Word, and Excel. + Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.
