**Job Title: Material Coordinator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Material Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working closely with our warehouse and production teams, managing inventory, and supporting our order entry processes. You will be part of a small, hands-on team in a self-contained building, contributing to our mission of sustainable innovation in architectural lighting. **Responsibilities** + Perform order entry clerk duties. + Sit next to the production floor and frequently check in with the warehouse/production team. + Work with pre-fabricated materials received into the warehouse. + Handle minimalistic LED lighting for commercial clients. + Manage and prioritize orders, checking for details like memos or custom projects. + Check material availability and utilize inventory. + Assist with production and proper documentation. + Work with the IFS system to document everything. + Collaborate with engineers, customer relations, and marketing teams. + Handle inventory processes and product structures. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience. + Experience with inventory control and material handling. + Proficiency in Excel data entry. + Experience with SAP Systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience with RF scanners. + ERP experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that is redefining architectural lighting with a strong focus on sustainability and innovative design.
