The Boeing Company is looking for a Material Coordinator to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production and maintenance processes by providing support in multiple areas.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct inventory of stored materials and reports deterioration/ damageRemove and issue material from storage and prepares it for shipmentPerform assigned duties while wearing required safety equipmentPerform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions.Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required to perform assigned dutiesHousekeeping, inventory control and other pertinent coverage.Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to determine products, materials, and actions necessary to ensure the availability of sufficient materials and hardware to meet schedulesIdentify, investigate, analyze and determine best solutions and coordinates the resolution of problems to ensureadherence to quality standards, schedules and budgets for material costOccasionally perform in-depth analysis of complex problems related to material requirement, inventories, schedules and configuration control
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option (San Antonio, TX).
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance Post Start is required.
This position requires adherence to the SA Tool and FOD procedures.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience with warehouse inventory including parts accuracy and accountability.1+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management systemBasic computer experience and competencyCurrently have or ability to obtain a forklift licenseAbility to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workloadPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Able to use warehouse equipmentAble to use a 2-person lift for weights greater than 50lbsTypical Experience/Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and typically 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area (San Antonio, TX) or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Rate (non-negotiable): $52,000 / $25.00 per hour
