Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Material Create Specialist for EM you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: + Managing projects related to material creation for assigned division and business teams. + Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) in the material creation process, data governance, and master data set-up. + Establishing relevant material creation lead times and valid need-by dates, and tracking performance against those metrics. + Working closely with data providers in the material creation process to complete data collection steps in a timely manner, reduce data quality issues, data delays, and rejects. + Providing individual training and coaching on the material creation process to portfolio leads, data providers, and peers.
