**Responsibilities**
+ Receives and routes repair parts and subassemblies into and out of maintenance repair and rebuild shops.
+ Enter data accurately into Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) or equivalent database to maintain accurate inventory by doing good receipts, good issues, transfer orders and scrap.
+ Receives routing information via production order number and looking up routes, control, and disposition of parts and assemblies.
+ Works with shop leads, supervisors, and asset planners to ensure items are moved promptly and delivered to shops in proper sequence to prevent shortage.
+ Requisitions parts from Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) or equivalent system.
+ Inspects receipt of material to verify quantity and material type accuracy.
+ Ensures excess material is properly returned to inventory, or moved to another demand, after production order completion.
+ Operates any of several makes and models of electrically or gasoline powered mobile forklift trucks with lifting capacity of less than 10,000 pounds as high as 168 inches.
+ Works in shop, parts room, assembly or bay-line area to provide supply of parts and materials to mechanics, technicians, and repairers.
+ Requisitions, receives, identifies, inventories, stores, issues and turns-in repair and/or replacement parts, assemblies and subassemblies.
+ Inventories bin and storage locations to determine how many items are already in stock or available in the system.
+ Issue goods with appropriate quantities ordered.
+ Prepares bin tags, indicating stock number, nomenclature, end item and PCN, quantity required to meet demand, etc.
+ Maintains bins or bulk storage stock locator file by stock number indicating location of each item.
+ Checks quantity received against packing list and notates any shortage for follow-up.
+ Issues parts directly or maintains required parts in bins and/or racks in parts cages.
+ Converts shop terminology into standard nomenclature in order to identify parts/items requested by team members.
+ Maintains stock in serviceable condition and orderly arrangement. Performs minor maintenance tasks such as re-wrapping, packing and cleaning items as required.
+ Prepares turn-in documents for excess parts and when applicable, assists maintenance planner in transferring material from one program to another.
+ Moves, loads or unloads, transports, stacks or un-stacks palletized or bulk materials, boxes and crates from one location to another, such as to and from warehouses or open storage areas, trucks and boxcars; loads or stacks in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures.
+ Performs first echelon maintenance to equipment and fills out trip tickets and other required forms.
**Qualifications**
+ This position calls for someone who can work independently and strives for excellence.
+ Must have prior warehousing and supply experience in a military or industrial environment.
+ Must demonstrate intermediate computer skills and be able to perform accurate data entry.
+ Knowledge of the basic operation of computers with alphanumeric, special function keyboard and printer to electronically requisition, receive, identify, inventory, store, issue and turn-in repair and/or replacement parts, assemblies and subassemblies used in production shops under the logistic modernization program.
+ Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Must be able to obtain forklift license.
+ Must have experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
+ Must be a U.S. citizen
**Desired Qualification**
+ Valid State Driver’s License.

+ Hourly pay: $23.89.
