**Hello! We are currently hiring for Material Handlers here at our Warehouse in Litchfield Park, AZ!** **Pay Rate:** **$17 per hour - paid weekly.** **Location:** **Northern avenue & Reems road, Litchfield Park, AZ, 85355.** **Shift:** **Monday to Thursday - 7am to 5:30pm.** **Monday to Thursday - 6pm to 4:30am.** **Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7am to 7:30pm.** **Will need to adhere to clocking in standards (3 min before start time, 3 min after start time is considered a tardy).** **Description:** + **Pulling orders and preparing them for shipment.** + **Using an RF scanner to pick orders.** + **Packing orders into boxes for shipping.** + **Loading and unloading different transport items.** + **Recording inventory statuses.** + **Ensuring deliveries properly match purchase orders.** + **Maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock.** + **Recording the location of inventory.** + **Reporting shortages.** + **Pulling orders from inventory.** + **Delivering production materials and supplies where needed.** + **Staging finished products for final distribution.** + **Handling and moving merchandise around the premises.** + **Managing the shipping and receiving of materials within a facility.** + **Using hand trucks, electric fork jacks, and forklifts to move items.** **Skills:** + **Previous warehouse experience preferred.** + **Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.** + **Willingness to be flexible while the company is still in the start-up phase.** + **Comfortable standing in one spot for the entire shift.** + **Willingness to work in various locations throughout the distribution center.** + **Experience in order pulling, shipping and receiving, picking, packing, and warehouse inventory management.** + **Accountability and attention to detail.** + **Ability to perform cycle counts.** **Benefits:** + **We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.** + **401K plan.** + **Gift card giveaways,** + **40 hours of sick time per year (pro-rated based on start date),** + **80 hours of paid time off.** + **Discounts on merchandise up to 40%.** **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
