Shift Details: Monday-Friday 4:00pm – 12:00am. *Required Overtime will be mandatory. Up to 4 hours daily depending on company needs. Weekend production will be required on a needed basis.

What Material Handling contributes to Cardinal Health

Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Material Handling uses a variety of equipment such as stand-up forklifts and stand-up clamp lifts to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain records.

Job Summary

The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists on Inbound or Outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. This job receives products in the Inbound section. As far as the outbound section, this job ships products.

Responsibilities

Unloads trucks by using a Stand-up forklift or Stand-up Clamp lift.Use system to check in products. Track inventory, keep count of product, and stacking product accordingly.Stores products in warehouse locations using Stand-up forklift/ Stand-up clamp lift primarily.Picks products from warehouse locations and loads into outbound trucks.Bring products to the line for manufacturing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred1-2 years related work experience and/or training preferred1-2 years experience with operating stand-up forklifts preferred1-2 years experience with operating stand-up clamp lift preferred
