Position Summary The role will be responsible for supporting facility safety programs while performing duties related to unloading inbound receipts, stock put-a-ways, loading, supporting operations through material movements throughout the distribution operation.   Responsibilities + Able to support front/back/pull of materials to the line.    + Able to support secondary packaging/ blending operations. + Staging of finished goods for all outbound shipments (DHL, customers, TPM’s). + Loading, unloading, and put away of all materials.   + Ability to load outbound trucks to DHL/Create Delivery to DHL through SAP/Thor Unit. + Anticipate, identify, and trouble-shoot any potential failure points in the department.    + Complete all required safety and regulatory training as applies. + Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.   + Maintain forklift and other lifting devices as required, including battery changing/charging,water levels and charging areas, as it applies.   + Interface with all levels of personnel in a positive, team building manner. + Work from established procedures and/or verbal instructions. + Maintain work areas in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with the Visual Management and 5S Standards. + Follow all prescribed Health, Safety and Environmental laws,OSHA, rules and regulations. + Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve issues. + Escalate all issues affecting the key metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.   + Other duties as assigned due to business needs.    We we are looking for + 3+ years of forklift experience (Two or more Industrial Equipment Certifications, self-direction with an emphasis on quality and productivity, possess decision making and problem-solving skills with little to no direction, communication, and basic computer skills. 3+ years’ experience operating in a warehouse setting).  + Crossed trained and proficient between distribution and material areas at the facility.  + Excellent organization and time management skills. + Proficient in SAP/WMS and functionality of THOR units. + Basic math skills.   + Physical capabilities: Stretching, lifting, climbing, twisting, turning, standing, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending. + Lifting up to 60#, with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, stretching, climbing, twisting, turning, standing, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending.
