**Job Title: Material Handler : Anoka, MN : $22.70 per hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will utilize a stand-up forklift to move products from the fabrication area to the paint department. You will also manage inventory transactions using a handheld scanner and assist other material handlers in the fabrication department. This position requires strong computer skills to effectively use shipping software. **Responsibilities** + Utilize a stand-up forklift to move products from fabrication to paint department + Conduct inventory transactions using a handheld scanner + Assist other material handlers in the fabrication department + Operate RF scanning devices + Lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally + Perform tasks primarily consisting of walking and standing for full 8-12 hour shifts + Frequently use hands and fingers to pick parts and grip objects, tools, and scanners + Occasionally crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, and reach forward and overhead + Bend, twist/turn, push/pull, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in inventory, material handling, part picking, or similar position + Experience using RF scanning devices + Ability to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, write and understand) + Basic counting, adding, and subtracting skills + Good organization, attention to detail, and time management + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment + Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs occasionally and push/pull up to 100 lbs occasionally **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong computer experience to utilize shipping software **Why Work Here?** Join our team and enjoy quarterly profit sharing and access to a state-of-the-art gym. The paint department is air-conditioned, but much of the job involves moving materials in the warm fabrication area. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $22.70/hr.
