Job Description
Teledyne ETM is seeking a temp-to-perm material handler. Successful candidates will start out working through our designated temporary agency and will be considered for transition to direct employment.
Responsibilities:
Perform kitting, shortage fulfillment, window issues of parts from stockroom, work order closing and other duties as assigned by Stockroom ManagerPut away materials, which requires using a pallet jack or forkliftAccurately transact and physically move parts from the stockroom, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracyParticipate in continuous improvement processOther duties as assigned by Stockroom ManagerDesired Job Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalentAbility to use pallet jack. Prefer forklift certified.Ability to repetitively lift 20 to 50 pound packagesPrefer previous experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment on stockroom functionsAbility to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructionsAbility to work with minimal supervisionMay work overtime during weekdays and weekends.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce
