The Material Handler is primarily responsible for stockroom duties. This includes, but is not limited to labeling and boxing product, verifying incoming product counts, conducting inventory counts, and reviewing documentation in order to maintain up-to-date inventory records. The Warehouse & Shipping Associate is also responsible for the packaging and shipping of finished devices for terminal sterilization by a contract sterilizer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Label product as per specification and requirements for sterilizationMaintain up-to-date inventory records by performing daily inventory cycle countsUse ERP system to update inventoryUse ERP system to process RMAs and transfers of inventoryPrepare shipments of finished devices for terminal sterilizationEnsure packaging and transportation requirements for sterilization are metFile, fax, and scan documentsAssist with other warehouse related tasks as needed or bladder pickups.DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred1 – 3 years of experience; Manufacturing experience is a plusRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsProven ability to consistently and independently follow policies and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of GMP and ISO standards preferredERP knowledge preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
