**1st shift Material Handler | Holland MI** **$18/hr | Paid weekly** **Some experience required** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembly Technician, responsible for using work orders or instructions to assemble units, pulling parts from inventory to prepare part kits for shipment, and fastening parts together using various fasteners. You will use hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers to assemble parts, ensuring your workspace is clean and adhering to visual work order instructions provided via computers and tablets at each station. There is also machine op opportunities available if experienced in that field. **Hard Skills** + Ability to operate forklift and other large machinery + Capable of lifting 40+ pounds + Read and follow English language instructions + Inventory, scanning, and sorting **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Organizational skills + Accuracy in labeling **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Holland, Michigan. **Work Environment** The production area is clean and organized, operating under a 5S system to ensure smooth workflow.
