Collins Aerospace is seeking hire a Material Handler to perform a variety of manual and administrative tasks associated with inventory control and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures. You will receive, verify and post inventory into the SAP system.

What You Will Do:

You will be working onsite at our Foley, AL LocationShift hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm With Overtime and weekend work as needed.Count and verify parts against supplier packing slips and review for damage.Receive inbound material in SAP and note any discrepancies.Manage non-conforming material via grief line and coordinate with supply chain to resolve.Storage/warehousing of material using powered industrial vehicles.Perform SAP transactions for goods movements.Maintain awareness of production rates and part requirements.Use powered hand tools to open crates and verify & load crated materials.Manage Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) material via SAP & Microsoft Excel.Conduct research in ERP systems to reconcile inventory discrepancies.Use lean manufacturing tools to improve processes.Engage in 5S activities and ensure a FOD free inventory environment.Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams)Work is performed in a receiving warehouse and outside dock requiring the ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs assisted.stand in position at times up to a minimum of 6 hours per day and working outdoors in the elements as needed.Perform other duties as required

Qualifications you must have:

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant stock room/ and or Stocking, receiving and/or Material handling experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Minimum of 1 year experience with Inventory Management: Basic Kitting and/or picking/pulling.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle certification.SAP/ERP or other inventory management systems experience.Continuous Improvement experience: Lean, Six Sigma, CORE and/or ACEAPICS CPIM or CLTD training/certificationCycle counting experienceBachelor's degree

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 83,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
